Junior Youth Repertory Company presents

Ernie’s Incredible Illucinations

By Alan Ayckbourn

Directed by Christy Cloutier Holmes & Meghann Beauchamp

“It started with these daydreams. You know, the sort everybody gets. . . . I started wondering what would happen if . . .”

Ernie's Incredible Illucinations, written by Alan Ayckbourn in 1967, is a play specifically designed to be performed by young actors. Ernie is a tale about a boy with an overactive imagination, whose extraordinary 'illucinations' can be experienced by those around him, much to their dismay. We invite you to join Ernie in his world of illucinations, taking you along for a journey with French wartime soldiers, boxing aunties, spies and ace daredevil mountaineers! His parents don’t know what to do and his doctor thinks he’s crazy… come experience the illucinations and see for yourself!

Directors Christy Cloutier Holmes & Meghann Beauchamp head the costume, scenic & lighting design and are assisted by a team of students: Casey Hammon, assistant director and stage manager; Emily Karelitz,  assistant costume designer and wardrobe supervisor; Will Bunker, assistant lighting designer and board operator.
