World Tales, Volume II
A Mosaic of Stories & Music from Around the World

On March 9-11, New Hampshire Theatre Project presents World Tales, Volume II, a CD release concert for Armstrong & Aichele’s second volume of tales and music from around the world. Musician/composer Randy Armstrong and storyteller Genevieve Aichele will be joined by local actor Chris Curtis as they perform tales from Ireland, Mexico and Japan featured on their new CD, along with traditional favorites from Africa, India and the USA.

Multi-instrumentalist Randy Armstrong will accompany the stories on guitar, Japanese koto, North Indian sitar, Native American flute, Puerto Rican cuatro, West African djembe, and a variety of other traditional and contemporary instruments from around the world.

Armstrong & Aichele’s first CD, World Tales, Volume I, garnered rave reviews across the United States. It was hailed as “Stunning!” (Woman’s Day Magazine), “A fine, artistic piece” (Billboard), and “Storytelling at its best!” (Nashville Parenting). This second volume of wonder tales and exquisite music, with guest recording artist Billy Teare of Northern Ireland, will delight all ages.
